Your profile

Is something wrong? Registering again does not help: each email and each account can be registered once. To correct it, follow the instructions in the privacy notice.

Download your data

A JSON file with what we hold about you: form details, account, licence, consents with date and version, profile, downloads and the technical data we still keep (IP address and browser). It opens in a text editor and you can take it elsewhere.

Delete your data

We delete your name, email, contacts, broker and server, profile, consents and links, from the database and from the copy on the shared sheet. Only the licence number and the account number it was issued for remain, marked as deleted, together with the date of deletion: the account number stays because each account receives only one licence. Technical logs and database backups delete themselves within the periods in the privacy notice (90 and 30 days).

The licence you have already downloaded keeps working: the indicators check it on their own, without internet, and it cannot be revoked. After deletion you can no longer ask for a new link or enter this page, and this account cannot receive another licence.
